| Resortscapes™ can include pools and/or spas, water features, landscapes, outdoor kitchens and living rooms, sound systems, mist systems, lighting systems and fire features. We are able to completely integrate these items with state of the art computer control systems. The end result being, a resort-style experience in your own backyard. Each of our projects is unique as the clientèle we serve. Our clients include new families starting out to doctors, lawyers and celebrities. An important factor in deciding on the company who will do your project is experience. Envision Pools is a team of professionals dedicated to providing our customers with unsurpassed quality, service and value. Our team will provide the highest levels of knowledge, quality and service. Just as important as experience is the group of professionals we use to complete your project. One of the biggest myths in the pool industry is “in-house” is better than subcontracting. To be economically viable, a contractor must be either too small or building 300+ projects a year to warrant bringing some or all of the work in-house. Due to the scope of work for the majority of our projects, we will never become the high volume, “cookie cutter” builder. Instead we have chosen to align ourselves with an elite group of artisans and craftsmen each with years of experience in their respective trades. We work with the marquee names in the swimming pool and outdoor living industries. A small sampling of our partners include: Pentair Pool Products®, Pebble Tec®, Custom Cascades®, Fogco®, Lightstreams®, and Bose® professional audio systems. We back all of our work with extended manufacturers warranties and provide a lifetime warranty on pool structures. Most importantly, we manage all of our projects with on-site supervision. “Problems happen when you’re not on the job!” It is not enough to show up in the morning to get the work started. We take pride in providing our customers with extraordinary job-site supervision. In most cases, our clients become close friends with us by the time their project is complete. We encourage high levels of communication between us and our clients. This same level of service applies to all phases of construction. We work closely with our clients in choosing the materials for their job. We'll take the time to go with our customers to the tile store. The individualized attention we provide by being on our jobs and working closely with our clients, avoids many of the problems common in our industry.
